is dance a art form that only people with the particular talent can pick up or anyone who puts in effort will be able to learn.

Dance is a talent but like any talent it can be taught and learned. Do not expect to master it right away of course, it will take practice and time to perfect. brbrThe only thing I can imagine would give you a step in the right direction no pun intended is if you have natural rhythm. If you can simply nod your head to a beat of a song than youll do just fine.
